From 2013-2017 I've created the character designs for Townsville Young Artist Awards, with the concept being creating characters based on famous artists as child-like versions of themselves.
They were designed alongside related graphical elements that could be used with the characters for a friendly feel.
In 2016 I based them on Salvador Dali and Yoko Ono, for 2015 I based them on Yinka Shonibare and Yayoi Kasuma.

Furcadia is a free to play massively multiplayer online socializing game where you can let your imagination soar. There are hundreds of unique areas to visit and if you like you can use a robust suite of content creation tools to make your own areas called "dreams" - right down to the coding!
I worked with artists and fellow Perc Tucker Regional Gallery staff to produce the catalogue for the exhibition Metamorphosis: The Art of Tom Moore that was on display from 26 August - 23 October 2016.
I worked on the title graphic for the exhibition, as well as the catalogue, colouring-in book and activity sheets.
I illustrated the entirety of the activity book and interactive elements of the Townsville exhibition Troy Emery: into the wild that was on display at Perc Tucker Regional Gallery from 29 August - 19 October 2014.
Over multiple years I've created a variety of illustrations and designs for the Glencore Percival Portrait Prize and the DUO Magazine Percival Photographic Portrait Prize.
The characters I have designed consisted of multiple poses for use in the activity book and other education and public programs.
For the 2018 exhibitions I have also designed the entry forms encouraging artists to submit to the prize, in an "anti-design" style to draw attention to the forms.
For Strand Ephemera in Townsville over the years I have worked with the Gallery team to produce a bulk of material of a high quality in a short amount of time. The audience for Strand Ephemera is much wider than many other exhibitions and so much of the content has to reflect that.
Strand Ephemera 2013: Character design of Broc the Croc, activity book design and illustration
Strand Ephemera 2015: Character design of Doug the Dugong, activity book design and illustration
Strand Ephemera 2017: Map design, events program design, catalogue-ready mockups of artworks.
When Brick by Brick was on display at Perc Tucker Regional Gallery in 13 December 2013 - 23 February 2014, it was a great opportunity to become acquainted with the branding of LEGO(tm) and to have a lot of fun doing so. I created a range of design material and illustrations to accompany the exhibition.
Working with corporate branding is often a challenge, but one which I'm happy to work around and have produced some of my proudest works below, despite and often inspired by the limitations.
Over the years I've created a range of posters for films presented by Artgaze Film Club and Artgaze Lab Inc, below is a selection of my favourites.
